Al imitar la activaci\u00f3n de TrkB por parte del BDNF sin involucrar el receptor pan-neurotrof\u00ednico p75NTR, P021 ha sido estudiado como compuesto de herramienta agonista selectivo de TrkB en investigaci\u00f3n precl\u00ednica de neurociencias.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #1a7a6e;margin-top: 20px\">Qu\u00e9 es<\/h3>\n<p>P021 es un p\u00e9ptido sint\u00e9tico de 4 amino\u00e1cidos que corresponde a la regi\u00f3n loop-4 del CNTF, responsable de la interacci\u00f3n con el receptor TrkB. PM aproximadamente 390\u2013430 Da.
