Aislado originalmente del intestino delgado y posteriormente identificado en todo el sistema nervioso central y perif\u00e9rico, tejidos inmunitarios, pulmones, p\u00e1ncreas y sistema cardiovascular, el VIP act\u00faa sobre dos receptores acoplados a prote\u00edna G (VPAC1 y VPAC2) para producir potentes efectos vasodilatadores, inmunomoduladores y neuroprotectores.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #1a7a6e;margin-top: 20px\">Qu\u00e9 es<\/h3>\n<p>El VIP es un neurop\u00e9ptido de 28 amino\u00e1cidos de la superfamilia glucag\u00f3n\/secretina con PM ~3,326 Da, n\u00famero CAS 37221-79-7. Es equipotente en los receptores VPAC1 y VPAC2, que se acoplan principalmente a la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de adenilil ciclasa\/AMPc.
