## Refund and Returns Policy

Portal to Wellness, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for research-grade compounds purchased through our website.

### Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- **Damaged in Transit:** If your order arrives with visible damage to packaging or product integrity, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- **Incorrect Product:** If you received a product different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not open or use the incorrect product.
- **Quality Concern:** If third-party testing reveals purity or composition inconsistent with what was supplied, contact us with documentation within 14 days of delivery.

### Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Products that have been opened or otherwise used
- Products not stored according to provided handling instructions
- Orders where more than 14 days have passed since delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization from our support team

### Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

2. Include photographic evidence if applicable (damaged packaging, incorrect product, etc.).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization if approved.
4. Ship the product back in its original, unopened packaging to the address provided in the Return Authorization.

### Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method (Zelle, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer).

### Subscription Cancellations

Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel a subscription, contact our support team or manage your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.

### Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs, as set out in our [shipping policy](https://portaltowellness.net/shipping-policy/) , are non-refundable. If a return is due to our error (wrong product, quality issue), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
