# Request a Compound

We do not stock every compound worth studying, and we would rather be asked than guess. If there is something you need and we do not list it, tell us below. We read every request ourselves.

## How we decide what to stock

Three questions, in this order.

**Is anyone actually asking?** We would rather list ten compounds researchers requested than fifty nobody wanted. This page is how we find out.

**Can it be obtained at all?** A compound owned by a pharmaceutical sponsor and still in trials cannot be bought at any price, however interesting the published results. Structure disclosure matters more than who owns it — some clinical-stage compounds are catalogued by chemical suppliers, and some academic discoveries are impossible to synthesise at scale.

**Can we state honestly what is known about it?** Every compound page states development stage and what has been shown in humans, including when the answer is nothing. If we cannot describe a compound accurately, we do not list it.

## What we are watching

These are compounds we track but do not sell. Development stage is stated as published. Nothing in this table is available to order, and some of it never will be.

Sequence not disclosed. | **No.** Not catalogued by any supplier, no CAS in circulation, structure undisclosed — no synthesis route exists to a third party. [Read the write-up](https://portaltowellness.net/research/nbip-1968-triple-agonist-obesity/) . |
| **NBIP-’2118** Neurocrine | Corticotropin-releasing factor type 2 (CRF2) receptor agonist; same receptor family as HM17321. | Phase 1. Intended for eventual fixed-combination use with NBIP-’1968. | **No.** Proprietary, sequence undisclosed, no supplier at any price. |
| **Petrelintide** ZP8396 · Zealand Pharma / Roche | Long-acting amylin analog; once-weekly investigational agent acting on the amylin receptor, a different pathway from the GLP-1 and GIP agonists. | Phase 3 announced April 2026, initiation planned for H2 2026. Phase 1b reported mean body-weight reductions of 4.8–8.6% over 16 weeks against 1.7% for pooled placebo. [Read the write-up](https://portaltowellness.net/research/petrelintide-amylin-analog-phase-3/) . | **Grey.** Catalogued by chemical suppliers (MedChemExpress, CAS assigned), so the structure is public — but it is an active clinical asset with named sponsors, which carries real IP exposure. |
| **CRB-913** Corbus Pharmaceuticals | Peripherally restricted oral CB1 inverse agonist; non-incretin mechanism | Phase 1b (CANYON-1) topline reported 14 September 2026: statistically significant separation from placebo at 20 mg, 40 mg and 60 mg once daily, with a mean body-weight reduction of about 5% at twelve weeks in the 60 mg group. Full data due at ObesityWeek, 14–17 November 2026; not yet peer-reviewed. [Read the research brief](https://portaltowellness.net/research/crb-913-obesity-research-canyon-1/) | Not obtainable — small molecule, sponsor-held, no supplier catalogue listing |
| **ASC36** Oral amylin receptor agonist (Ascletis) | Amylin receptor peptide agonist, once-daily oral tablet; Phase 1 dose-escalation for obesity | Phase 1 (U.S. study initiated 8 Sept 2026), 86 participants; no peer-reviewed human data yet. [Read the research brief](https://portaltowellness.net/research/asc36-phase-1-trial-obesity/) | Not obtainable — proprietary AI-designed sequence, no published CAS number or structure, no supplier catalogue listing |
| **Chonluten** T-34 / EDG tripeptide | Khavinson-class synthetic bioregulator tripeptide, studied for lung/bronchial-epithelium gene-expression modulation | No registered human clinical trials; evidence base is limited to the original Russian bioregulator literature and small mechanistic studies | Obtainable, but not a gap — already sold by 8+ peptide research vendors (structure is public, low-cost synthesis) |
| **K-554** Kallyope / Novo Nordisk | First-in-class peptide directed at an undisclosed non-incretin peptide receptor in a feeding-related neural circuit; distinct from GLP-1 and amylin pathways | Preclinical / IND-ready. No registry entry and no published human data. Acquired by Novo Nordisk from Kallyope 18 Sept 2026. [Read the research brief](https://portaltowellness.net/research/k-554-peptide-novo-kallyope/) | Locked — receptor target never disclosed, no sequence, structure or CAS in the public domain, no supplier catalogue listing. ## Ask for something

Name the compound, the form factor you need, and roughly when. If you tell us what you are researching we can usually match the specification more closely, or point you at something already in the catalogue that does the same job.

## After you ask

We respond within one to two business days with availability or alternatives. If we decide against sourcing something, we will tell you that and why, rather than leaving the request unanswered. Requests also tell us which compounds to write up, so asking is useful even when the answer is no.

*All compounds are supplied for research and identification purposes only. Not for human dosing, injection, or ingestion.*
