**Overview**
GHK-Cu is Portal to Wellness’s research-grade supply of the copper-binding tripeptide, the Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine copper complex. Each vial contains 100mg of lyophilized peptide, ≥98% purity, supplied strictly for laboratory and research applications.

**Research Context**
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex found at concentrations of roughly 200 ng/mL in young human plasma, declining significantly with age. Research by Loren Pickart and colleagues documented GHK-Cu modulating expression of over 4,000 genes via chromatin remodeling, with upregulation of tissue repair, antioxidant defense, and nerve regeneration genes alongside downregulation of inflammatory and matrix-metalloproteinase activity. Published research has also examined GHK-Cu’s role in collagen and elastin synthesis, wound healing kinetics, and antioxidant enzyme activity.
