- A three-compound preparation: GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157 in one vial
Mechanism of Action
GHK-Cu (Glycine-Histidine-Lysine + Copper) is a naturally occurring tripeptide-copper complex found in human plasma, urine and saliva. Published work describes activation of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, angiogenesis, and modulation of matrix metalloproteinases in tissue remodelling. The copper-complexed form is described as reducing free radical production. Genomic analyses report effects on expression across a broad set of human genes. Human evidence is not established.
Research Overview
Wound healing studies report accelerated closure and improved collagen organisation versus controls. Skin studies report changes in dermal density and barrier function. Pickart et al. (2015) reported broad effects of GHK-Cu on human gene expression in cultured cells. Circulating plasma concentrations are reported to decline with age. This work is preclinical; human evidence is not established.
Research & Stack Notes
GLOW-70 combines GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157 in a single vial. The three act through different described mechanisms — matrix remodelling, actin sequestration and VEGF-associated signalling respectively. No interactions between them are documented in the published literature.

GLOW-70 (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157, labelled 50 mg + 10 mg + 10 mg). Tested by Janoshik Analytical (task #243313), analysis conducted 23 Oct 2026. The sample was pulled from our own stock, submitted and paid for by Portal to Wellness, and the report names us as the client.
- GHK-Cu: 46.70 mg per vial (41.46 mg GHK, 5.24 mg copper), labelled 50 mg
- TB-500 (TB4): 9.16 mg per vial, labelled 10 mg
- BPC-157: 9.46 mg per vial, labelled 10 mg
- Blend reports from Janoshik confirm the identity and measure the amount of each component; they do not give a purity percentage. All three components were identified, each measured 5–8% below its labelled amount (65.32 mg in total against 70 mg labelled).

Overview
GLOW-70 is a research-grade tri-peptide blend combining GHK-Cu (copper peptide), TB-500, and BPC-157 in a single lyophilized vial. Each vial contains 50mg GHK-Cu + 10mg TB-500 + 10mg BPC-157, providing a comprehensive multi-pathway compound for investigational research.
Components
GHK-Cu (50mg) — A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide extensively studied for its role in wound healing, skin remodeling, and antioxidant signaling. Research has explored its interaction with extracellular matrix proteins and collagen synthesis pathways.
TB-500 (10mg) — A synthetic analog of thymosin beta-4. Research models have investigated its role in cell migration, tissue repair, and inflammatory modulation.
BPC-157 (10mg) — A pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protective protein. Widely studied in animal models for its effects on gastrointestinal mucosal integrity, tendon repair, and systemic healing cascades.
Product Specifications
Format: Lyophilized powder | Purity: supplier specification ≥98% per component. Our own Janoshik test of batch PTW-GLOW70-2608-001 measured the amount of each component (shown at the top of this page); blend tests do not report a purity figure.
