Research Compounds: All peptides and compounds offered on our Site are sold exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory experimentation, and educational purposes. These products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or medical treatment.
Purchaser Acknowledgment: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are purchasing products solely for lawful research purposes; (b) you will not use or permit use of any product for human or animal consumption; (c) you assume all responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of products in accordance with applicable regulations; and (d) you have the appropriate qualifications and facilities for handling research compounds.
No Medical Claims: We are not a medical or healthcare provider. Our products are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency for human use. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
4. Account Registration
To place orders, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your account credentials; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Zelle, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and other major coins), and direct bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added and will be indicated on the Site.
Taxes: You are responsible for applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes based on your location.
6. Subscriptions
Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or as specified) until you cancel.
Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at ptwsupport.similarly397@passmail.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy. Due to the nature of research compounds, strict conditions apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Portal to Wellness, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTAL TO WELLNESS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN QUESTION.
